GhiraniOne HMISPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NIXXIT Tech Solutions LLP ("NIXXIT", "we", "us") handles information in connection with GhiraniOne HMIS and the GhiraniOne website.
1. Scope and roles
For hospital clinical data, the healthcare facility generally determines why and how patient information is used. NIXXIT provides the software platform and related technical services subject to the facility's agreement and applicable law. For website enquiries, onboarding requests, account administration and our own business operations, NIXXIT may act as the organisation responsible for that information.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the service used, information may include facility and contact details, authorised-user account information, audit/security logs, and hospital clinical or administrative data entered by authorised users. ABDM-related identifiers or health information are processed only when the relevant workflow is used and configured.
3. Purposes
We process information to provide and secure the HMIS, provision hospital workspaces, authenticate authorised users, support clinical and administrative workflows, troubleshoot issues, maintain auditability, respond to support requests, and operate configured digital-health integrations.
4. Digital-health integrations
GhiraniOne can support configured digital-health workflows, including identity, interoperability and consent-based information exchange. Availability of individual integrations depends on the healthcare facility's configuration, applicable third-party services and technical requirements.
5. Security
We use role-based access, authentication controls, audit logging and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. Hospitals remain responsible for user access governance, endpoint security, lawful use and timely removal of access when personnel change.
6. Retention and deletion
Hospital data retention is governed by the healthcare facility's obligations, contractual requirements and applicable law. Website/onboarding enquiries are retained only as reasonably necessary for follow-up, security, record keeping and legal requirements.
7. Service providers and hosting
GhiraniOne may be hosted using third-party infrastructure providers. Such providers process data only to provide infrastructure or related services under applicable contractual and security arrangements. Hosting location should be documented for each deployment.
8. Your choices and rights
Requests concerning hospital medical records should normally be directed to the relevant healthcare facility. For NIXXIT-held website, onboarding or account information, you may contact us to request access, correction or other applicable rights.

GhiraniOne HMISTerms of Use
These Terms govern access to GhiraniOne HMIS and its public website. A healthcare facility's commercial or implementation agreement may contain additional terms; where there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for that facility.
1. Authorised use
GhiraniOne is intended for authorised healthcare and administrative users. Credentials are personal to the authorised user and must not be shared. Facilities are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and maintaining accurate user access.
2. Clinical responsibility
GhiraniOne is a workflow and record-management platform. Clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, investigations and treatment remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. Software suggestions or templates, where available, do not replace professional judgement.
3. Data accuracy
Users and facilities are responsible for the accuracy and lawful entry of information. Records should not be altered, fabricated or used for unauthorised purposes.
4. Digital-health integrations
Registry, gateway, interoperability and other third-party integrations may depend on external availability, credentials, onboarding and technical requirements. Facilities should use each integration in accordance with the applicable service requirements and authorised workflows.
5. Availability and changes
We work to maintain reliable service, but maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting providers and third-party services can affect availability. Features may evolve as the product and applicable standards develop.
6. Security and prohibited activity
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or access patient information without a legitimate authorised purpose.
7. Intellectual property
GhiraniOne software, branding, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to NIXXIT Tech Solutions LLP. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service under the applicable agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment where applicable, or at the facility's authorised request, subject to contractual and legal requirements.
